• October 26-27, Sat-Sun - Track and Sign Evaluation - FULL
• October 28-29, Mon-Tue - Trailing Workshop - FULL

Cost

$385 per person - FULL. The cost is calculated by dividing the evaluation cost by the number of participants. The cost will vary if a smaller or larger number than expected sign up. An evaluation will be canceled if too few people sign up to cover the cost.

The cost of the trailing workshop is $300 per person. There will be five participants.

A deposit of $150 reserves your slot in an evaluation or trailing workshop.

September 1, 2024: This is the deadline for SWOTT to receive the remaining balance of $235 for the track and sign evaluation, and $150 for the trailing workshop. This is also the deadline for you to receive a refund of payment. The only way to recover your payment after this date is to sell your slot to someone else. Please inform me if this happens.

Lodging and Accomodations

Camping: Most participants have stayed at Reyes Creek Campground in the past. It is a dry campground, so please bring enough water. The campsites rent for $30 per night as of this writing. The campground is ten minutes from the most common meetup point for eval-related activities.

Motels, B&B, etc.: Taft, CA, is the location to investigate for motels and (possibly) B&Bs. Taft is 45 minutes from the most common meetup point for eval-related activities.

Food, restaurants, shopping, etc.: Taft, CA (pop. approx. 10,000) is the closest city to the evaluation area. It should meet most of your needs.
